Meet Drew

"School sucks...." Drew mumbled walking into the building. It was his first day and he was already regretting moving here with his dad.
Drew slung his backpack strap over his shoulder and kept his head down as he walked. He was getting looks left and right, everyone whispering about the new kid.
He made it to his locker and stuffed his things inside. He looked at his schedule and sighed, this was real. He was at a new school. In which he wasn't looking forward to.
He closed his locker and no sooner than closing it a blonde girl in a slutty dress appeared next to him looking him up and down, "You'll do," she shugged.
"Do for what?" he raised an eyebrow.
"Silly boy. You're obviously new here. I'M Ashley. And I always get what I want, no matter how long it takes. And what I want at the moment is you." She grinned.
He just looked at the girl, "Yeeeeeeeeeeah no thanks." He turned on his heels and began to walk away, but she grabbed his shoulders and turned him back around to her.
"I don't play hard to get boy," she hissed, "Let me tell you ths again, I always get what I want. AND at the moment that would be you... Okay...."
Drew flicked her hands off his shoulders, "Good luck with that," he muttered and began to walk again but the girl stepped in front of him.
"Do you even know who I am?" she growled.
"Um.... no..... and I prefer to keep it that way..." he told her.
"I RULE this school, I can make you wish you were never born," she snarled.
"Too late! I already wanna shoot myself talking to you." He said pushing past her. He turned back to her, "Listen blondie, I'm not into the hoes, I may somehow give off the vibe I do, but that's not the case. I'm into unusual girls actually," he chuckled a little, "But so far this school seems to only be filled with skanks like you, so, leave me alone." He said.
Ashley took two steps forward and grabbed the collar of his shirt yanking him down to her, "You do not want to mess with me boy, you'll regret it."
"I already do, and trust me, I DON'T wanna mess with you anytime soon." he rolled his eyes.
Ashley growled and opened her mouth like she was about to say something, but she was cut off, "Jesus Christ Ashley stop going after the new kids would ya?"
Drew and Ashley looked over to the voice coming from a blue haired girl that had her hands planted firmly on her hips. Drew instantly smiled seeing the girl, Ashley instantly hissed, "Stay out of this freak,"
She threw her hands up in defense, "All I'm saying is you could at least go after someone that's looking for a one night stand or a quickie for once, not just any random guy that walks into the school. You don't seem to understand you're a needy whore that thinks the world revolves around you. Cause it doesn't. Kay? Kay. Hobble off now."
Ashley's face twisted in anger, she seemed like she had steam coming from her ears, then she screamed out in rage and stormed off in the opposite direction.
"Yay, she didn't put up a fight today," the girl clapped at her achievement. She turned to the boy and flashed him a toothy grin, "You're welcome sir!" she bowed dramatically and turned on her heels to walk away.
"Uh... Hey! Wait!" He said. She turned back to him and raised an eyebrow, "Erm...." he held his hand out leisurely, "I'm Drew..."
She looked down at his hand and nodded, then smiled taking it, "Fallon."
He smiled examining the girl's features, she had pretty large grey eyes and she just looked all around different.
And he liked that.

Fallon walked down the halls with the boy, "If I know my friends, they'll all randomly start popping up any second," she said.
Then a few seconds later Aubree was on her left texting away, and Bambi on the far right. "See what a genius I am." Fallon smiled smugly. And looked over at Aubree, "BREE!! Say hi to the new kid," she said taking the phone from Aubree's hands.
Aubree looked at the emo girl and hissed taking her phone back and cradling it, "Don't call me that I don't even like you,"
"Then why hang around?" Fallon smirked.
"YOLO!" Aubree shouted and looked past Fallon at the brunette boy, she waved, "Hi!!!" she said cheerfully.
Fallon rolled her eyes and pointed at her, "That's Bree, the hipster,"
"Aubree!!" she glared.
Fallon shrugged, "Whatever," she leaned over to the boy, "She only lets her closest friends call her Bree, which is only like, 3 people. But I think Camrie's getting there..."
"Who's that?"
"She's basically aother hipster except.... she's not..." He raised an eyebrow, "It's hard to explain," Fallon waved him off then ran around to the other side of him and picked Bambi up from behind, Bambi squeaked and kicked her legs wanting Fallon to let her down, Fallon didn't. "AND THIS! IS BAMBI!" Fallon smiled. "She's the cutie of the group," she giggled setting Bambi down and pinching her cheeks. "Butshe has a uh...... hard time... communicating..." Fallon said awkwardly, "You'll get used to it though, she simplifies things for us," Fallon chuckled.
Drew nodded, Bambi waved at the boy, "SO Bambi, whore," Fallon said, Bambi looked at her and Aubree glared at her, "This is Drew," Fallon said, "I like this kid," she pointed at his Escape the Fate shirt, "He's cool by me wearing that around," Fallon pointed at her Falling In Reverse shirt, "They had the same lead singer, we clearly have excellent taste," she chuckled and they high fived.
"Ronnie's the best!" Drew said.
"I know right!"
"Yeaaaaaahh...." Aubree said, "Glad you've bonded with someone for once," Aubree rolled her eyes and looked at Drew, "This one's pretty anti-social. Congrats."
Drew smiled, "I don't mind," he looked over at Fallon who blushed a little, then she quickly changed the subject pointing at Aubree's favorite Gir hoodie, "It's better than being seen with you wearing that.."
Aubree narrowed her eyes at the girl, "I love Gir! I'm SO sorry that's a problem!" Aubree stated and turned storming off.
Fallon shrugged, "That's how most of our conversations end anyways," then the bell rang, "Oh.... there's the bell..... Shit my locker's on the other side of the school... Uh.. I'll see you at lunch okay?" she said running off, "I'll meet you by your locker!" she called running around the corner.
Drew sighed happily and nodded as he made his way to his locker, he was looking forward to lunch.

Once lunch came he leaned against his locker flipping through a comic book when a blue haired girl he knew right away came up, she looked down at the comic with wide eyes, "Holy shit is that the new Suicide Squad comic?!" she asked.
Drew nodded and handed it to her, "you can borrow it," he said smiling at her.
Fallon looked up at him, she didn't know what to say, and she didn't really have a way with words, "Dude! You're awesome!" she blurted.
Drew laughed, "Uh.. Thanks?"
"I could kiss you!" She yelled looking down at the cover, then she blushed and looked back up at him, "I mean... Not really! But you know what I mean..."
He chuckled nervously, "Yeah..."

Fallon got her lunch and shoved her way past people, Drew followed laughing at how bitchy she was to people. She dropped her tray on the table with a loud thud and plopped down in the chair between Bambi and a boy with messy blonde hair with blue in it.
Bambi smiled at Drew and got up sliding her tray across the table, she then pushed him down in her seat forcefully. He laughed a little, "uh... thanks.."
She nodded aand went around to the other side of the table.
Drew turned to Fallon to talk to her but she was already talking to the blonde boy, then he noticed the boy had his arm around Fallon, Drew frowned a bit.
Then Fallon looked over at him and flashed him a grin, he returned it with a weak smile, "Nathan this is Drew, he's new."
Nathan bobbed his head at Drew, Drew just gave him a lopsided smile, "He's a loner like me!" Fallon said like an excited 5 year old. Nathan chuckled and kissed her forehead, Drew frowned a little more. "Which obviously means I've instantly found a fraaaaaaand!" she said linking arms with Drew, Drew blushed a pale pink and nodded.
"Yaaay..." he said trying to sound excited like her, but he couldn't quite as well seeing her with this boy.

Drew sat outside in the cold with his hands in the pockets of his hoodie, he let out a long breath and tilted his head back to think, he closed his eyes and muttered to himself, "God damn it."
"Frand!!"
Drew's head snapped up and he opened his dark blue eyes to see Fallon sitting next to him smiling. "Oh...uh... hey..." he whispered.
"Sooooooooo" Fallon said, "Do you like it here yet?"
Drew shrugged, "I guess..... I dunno... I mean... It's school..."
Fallon nodded, "I get what you mean. I wanna quit so god damn badly. But I guess I don't wanna quit JUST because it's... well... school....."
"Then why?" he asked not bothering to hide his concern.
Fallon sighed, "You remember that hoe that tried to get with you this morning?"
"Yeah.."
"That's why." Drew frowned, Fallon continued, "She's managed to single-handedly make my life a living hell. She makes fun of me, calls me awful things, suicidal, pathetic, freak and such. I mean I am all those things, but she doesn't have to rub it in." Fallon shrugged.
Drew put a  hand on her shoulder, "For what it's worth, I don't think you're any of those things," he smiled.
Fallon smiled too,  "You don't even know the half of it..."
"Wha-"
"Nevermind." Fallon shook her head changing the subject, "SO I see you've found an enemy in Ashley. You get used to it, more than half the school has too. Buuuuuuuuuuuuut have you made any friends yet?"
Drew shook his head, "I've only been hanging around you all day really, you're the closest thing I have to a friend." he chuckled.
Fallon nodded, "Good someone else I can force to put up with me." she teased. "Found anyone you liiiiiike? Like...... like like?" she nudged his side and bounced her eyebrows.
Drew blushed and stuttered, "Uh.... well I.... no......" he lied. He rolled his upper lip over the two rings on the left side of his bottom lip, he did that a lot when he was nervous.
Fallon frowned a little, "Why not? Too many whores to choose from?" she chuckled propping her elbows up on her knees.
Drew laughed a little, "No..... I'm not into the whole skank thing, or the whores that act like everything they do is perfect." he rolled his eyes, "Although I see this school has a lot of them..." Fallon nodded, "I like girls that are.......... different...."
Fallon nodded again, "They're like a rare species in this school, good luck." Fallon stood up and stretched, "I should get back to my friends, I usually meet up with them before the last class of the day," she said. "Wanna come?"
Drew sat there for a few seconds processing what she had said, "Oh uh, no no that's okay!"
Fallon shrugged, "If you say so," she flashed him another smile, "see you tomorrow? Oh, yeah, and good luck with those 'different' ladies," she laughed and walked off.
Drew watched her walk away and sighed dreamily, "I've found the most different.." he mumbled to himself, "And she's perfect."
